I'm using the art of Robert Alvarado.
To use the same image you must purchase a licence from Mypsptubes Here
You need a tube & font of choice.
Mura Meister copies
Eye Candy Textures Swirl
Open a 600 x 250 image.
Floodfill with a colour or gradient to compliment your tube.
Effects, texture effects Blinds
Effects Distortion effects Wave.
Drag out to fit the image.
Duplicate, flip, mirror, set layer properties on the top layer to Soft light.
Merge visible
Paste your tube
Apply Mura Copies, Wallpaper shrink, default settings.
Adjust Blur, Motion Blur
Angle 45 degrees, strength 100, repeat.
Effects, edge effects enhance.
Effects, Geometric effects, Cylinder Horizontal.
With your pen tool, colour white, line width 2
draw 5/6 lines, move towards the bottom of your image.
Duplicate, flip.
Hide your blinds & copies layers, & merge visible.
Apply Effects, distortion effects wave, same as before.
With your magic wand click the area between the waved lines,
Unhide your Mura layer, highlight it, selections, invert delete.
Select none.
Paste your tube, resize if necessary, add a drop shadow.
Add a border of choice
Add your name & copyright.
Higlight your Mura layer & apply Eye Candy swirl.
Copy merged & take to Animation shop,
paste as new animation.
Back to psp, undo swirl & repeat, click on random seed.
Copy merged, take to As, paste after current frame.
Repeat 3 more times, you'll have 5 frames.
In Animation shop, set the frame to speed to around 20.
