This is from a set I did & while ago, I was asked to write it up so here it is.
I used the art of Keith Garvey, to use his work you must purchase a license at Mypsptubes
You need a tube & font of choice
Xero porcelain (optional)
Eye Candy gradient glow
Music notes dingbat font,or brush if you have one.
Animation Shop
I used a paper from Yvette's Rock Revolution kit which you can get from
Misfits Scrapz
Open a 600x250 image, floodfill Grey.
Paste the Rock Revolution paper.
Selection tool rectangle draw a rectangle in the middle of your image.
Delete, select none.
Eye Candy gradient glow
Effects Distortion effects wave.
Drag it out so it fits the image.
Add a drop shadow
Paste your tube, move to the left.
Duplicate, mirror. Layer properties Luminance legacy.
Move under your paper layer.
Apply Xero Porcelain, blue set at 0 (optional)
Paste your main tube, position, Add a drop shadow.
Apply Xero porcelain, same settings as before.
New raster layer, click inside with your magic wand,floodfill with a silvery gradient,
selections modify by 2, delete. Add a drop shadow
Add your copyright & name
Dingbat music font type your notes in white, or apply brush on a new layer.
Drag it wider than your image.
Copy merged & take to Animation shop, paste as new animation
With your Pick tool (or raster deform if using Psp8/9)
Change position X to -20
Copy merged, take to As & paste after current frame.
Repeat, changing the number by 20 each time until you have the animation running smoothly.
This will depend on what notes you used, just keep running the animation to check.
