I'm using the art of Ismael Rac
To use the same image you must purchase a license at his store Here
You need a tube & font of choice
Some splatter brushes
Mura Meister copies
Eye Candy Gradient Glow (Optional)
Open a 600x250 image
Floodfill Black
Make a foreground/Background gradient
Foreground Black, background a colour from your tube.
Angle 0, Repeats 1, click on textures & find one you like,
I chose Plaid
New raster layer, floodfill
You need to fill a few times to get the depth of colour.
Apply your brushes, set the layer properties to Difference.
Type out your saying or lyrics.
I used Oh La La font size 8
Apply Mura Copies Tiling
Top setting 1, Tile Gap 3
Add a gradient glow,
if you haven't got Eye candy you can used a coloured drop shadow
Set the layer properties to Difference, opacity to around 50
Paste your tube & position
Set the layer properties to Burn
Duplicate & move to another position
Paste your main tube
Add a border, your name & copyright
