You need a tube, a close up is best & font of choice
Alien Skin Xenofex Constellation
Visman Distortion Slicer
Xero Porcelain
Mura Meister copies
This is another nice easy one
Open a 600x250 image
Choose two contrasting colours from your tube & make a foreground/background gradient
Angle 0, Repeats 5
Apply Visman Distortion Slicer
Apply Xero Porcelain, adjust the Blue slider to 0
Type out your saying/ lyrics in white
Apply Mura Copies Tiling, top number 1,
you may have to alter this depending on the font & size you use.
Apply slicer, same setting as before
Layer properties soft light
Paste your tube, add your name & copyright.
Add a border
Highlight your background layer.
Apply Constellation
Copy merged & take to Animation shop,
paste as new animation.
Back in Psp, undo Constellation & redo, altering the Random seed.
Copy merged, take to As & paste after current frame
Back in Psp again, undo Constellation & redo, altering the Random seed.
Copy merged, take to As & paste after current frame.
