This is another nice easy one
You need a tube & font of choice
Mehdi Sorting Tiles
Alien skin Xenofex Constellation
Open a 600x250 image
Floodfill with a colour from your tube.
Apply Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds
Width , Opacity 75, Horizontal.
Colour Black
Apply Effects Texture Effects Weave
Gap size 1, Width 4, Opacity 1, Horizontal
Weave & Gap colour Black, Fill Gap checked
Apply Mehdi Sorting Tiles
Duplicate layer twice
Apply Xenofex Constellation to each layer, altering the Random seed setting on each one
Paste your tube.
Add a border & copyright.
Hide the 2 copy layers,
Copy merged, take to Animation shop
Paste as new animation.
Back in Psp, hide the original layer, & unhide the 1st copy layer
Copy merged, take to Animation shop,
Paste after current frame
Back in psp, hide the 1st copy layer, unhide the 2nd copy layer
Copy merged, take to Animation shop,
Paste after current frame
Save as Gif, hope you enjoyed
