You need a tube, & font of choice.
Mura Meister Copies.
Toadies Picasso's Last Word
Penta Jeans
Mehdi Sorting Tiles
Open a 600x250 image.
Paste your tube, if using the same one as me, use the smaller one
Merge visible.
Apply Toadies Picasso's last word
Apply Mura Copies Line.
With your selection tool,draw a rectangle in the centre,
Highlight your Picasso layer, Selections, Invert, Delete
New raster layer, floodfill with a darkish colour from your tube
Duplicate.
On the copy, Apply Penta Jeans
Amount 29, Border Width 4
Apply Mehdi Sorting Tiles
With your Magic wand, click inside the darker areas, Delete
Add a light drop shadow
Paste your main tube, add a border, your name & copyright.
Highlight your Sorting Tiles layer
Adjust Add/Remove Noise, Add noise.
Gaussian, Monochrome 20%
Copy merged & take to Animation shop.
Paste as new animation
Back in Psp, undo noise, then redo altering the % to 25
Copy merged, take to AS, paste after current frame
Back in Psp, undo noise, then redo altering the % to 30
Copy merged, take to AS, paste after current frame
Save as Gif & that's it, hope you enjoyed
