You need a tube & font of Choice
Mehdi Sorting Tiles
Eye Candy Gradient glow
Wordart by Missy Here
Go to Wordart templates, it's number 9-12

Open a 600x250 image
Floodfill Black.
Duplicate
Texture Effects Weave
Gap size 1, Width 3, Opacity 2,
Weave colour Black, gap colour a colour from your tube
Check fill gaps

Preset shape tool, colour black,
draw a horizontal rectangle across the centre of your image
Apply a drop shadow in a colour to suit your tube
Vertical -5, Horizontal 0, Opacity 50 Blur 5
Repeat.
Apply drop shadow again, altering the vertical to 5
Repeat

Preset shape tool, colour black
draw a vertical rectangle to one side of your image
Texture effects weave same as before
Apply Mehdi Sorting Tiles



Add a drop shadow, same colour as before
Vertical 0 Horizontal -5 OPacity 50 Blur 5
Repeat drop shadow.
Duplicate, mirror

Paste the wordart, add a thin but dense gradient glow to suit your tube
Apply a drop shadow in a colour to suit your tube
Vertical -5, Horizontal 0, Opacity 50 Blur 5
Repeat.
Apply drop shadow again, altering the vertical to 5
Repeat

Paste your tube.
Add a border your name & copyright & that's it
