You need a tube & font of choice.
Mura Meister Copies
Mura's seamless Checks with graduation
Visman Experimental Tee Wee
Eye candy gradient glow (optional)
Open a 600x250 image.
Paste your tube & apply Mura Copies Wallpaper rotate.
Adjust Blur, Motion Blur
Angle 90, strength 100. Repeat Blur twice more.
Duplicate, Mirror, Lower the opacity to around 50.
Merge visible
Duplicate, hide your background layer for now
On the copy layer apply Visman Tee Wee
Input Channel 255, Output Channel 0
Use your mouse wheel to zoom in larger.
With your magic wand, click inside all the black parts, delete. Deselect
Apply Mura's Seamless Checks with graduation
Selection tool, draw a rectangle across the centre your image,
approximately one third of the image.
Copy, new raster layer, paste into selection, deselect
Delete the copy layer,
Select all, float, defloat.
Invert, new raster layer
Floodfill with a bright colour from your tube.
Deselect, Add a white Gradient glow & drop this layer underneath the checks layer.
(If you haven't got Eye candy you can use a white drop shadow)
Add a drop shadow
Preset shapes tool, draw a white rectangle, stroke width 0
across the centre of your checks layer
Effects Artistic effects, Coloured edges
Luminance 15, Blur 5, Intensity 100
Layer properties, Multiply.
Repeat the Coloured edges, altering the Intensity to 50
Add a drop shadow
With your magic wand, click inside the rectangle, new raster layer
floodfill white. Lower the opacity to 60% Deselect
Unhide your background layer
Add a border, your name & copyright
Highlight your plain coloured rectangle layer
Adjust, Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise Uniform, Monochrome 15%
Copy merged & take to Animation shop
Paste as new animation
Back in Psp, undo noise
Redo noise altering the % to 20
Copy merged & take to Animation shop
Paste after current frame
Repeat, altering the % to 25
Save as Gif & that's it, hope you enjoyed
